For CONRAD I may do a special test: a webcam. I received one of two testers, the contract and am quite proud but also in doubt.

Description

is the TouchCam N1 equipped as one of the few webcams with a powerful real-time video compression, which uncomplicated HD video conferencing and high-Chats only really possible. Unlike many other Webcams, the video compression is done by a special H.264 encoder chip directly into the action. The USB port then the high-resolution video with minimum data rate is transmitted to the PC. And all in real time, which is essential for smooth video transmission with Skype HD. Beside the picture is still the sound of high importance, good for a video conference. In the N1 TouchCam for 2 microphones are installed, which provide a crystal-clear sound. It also provides many additional features such as Webcam, Auto Focus Wide Angle (extra-wide viewing angle).
With video compression in the camera itself, is the use of Skype HD with netbooks, or older PCs with little computing power without any restrictions. This webcam is an uplink speed of 1,000 kbit / s for HD Skype absolutely sufficient. The webcam also works with other messenger programs.
